How Our Filter Swap Program Works:
We swap out your filters with a second set that have been brought back to our shop and professionally chemically cleaned. If you do not currently have a second set of filters, we will bill you for that second set. —

Our 12 Point Inspection
Every weekly visit includes a thorough 12-point inspection to ensure your jacuzzi or hot tub is operating safely and efficiently.
1. Total Alkalinity-Tested and adjusted to keep pH stable and prevent corrosion or scaling.
2. pH Level-Balanced to the ideal 7.4–7.6 range for comfort and equipment protection.
3. Calcium Hardness-Checked to prevent cloudy water, scale buildup, and surface damage.
4. Sanitizer Level-Chlorine or bromine levels verified for safe, bacteria-free water.
5. Filter Condition-Filters visually inspected and swapped with professionally cleaned replacements.
6. Waterline Wipe-Down-Scum line, oils, and mineral deposits removed from the shell at the waterline.
7. Jet Function Check-All jets visually inspected for proper operation and any signs of blockage.
8. Cover Condition-Spa cover inspected for wear, waterlogging, or damage that affects heat retention.
9. Water Level-Water level checked and adjusted to ensure proper pump operation.
10. Pump & Blower-Pump and air blower operation verified for proper flow and pressure.
11. Heater Performance-Heater function checked to confirm spa is reaching and holding set temperature.
12. Overall Visual Inspection-Complete visual check of shell, cabinet, plumbing, and electrical components for any concerns.
